Initial Scope and Gap Analysis

Scoping your Business Requirements

We will review your existing processes to understand what needs to be integrated into the solution and provide you with a Business Requirements Document.  This document will detail what needs to be supported by the chosen software application.

Sourcing the Market

There could be dozens, even hundreds of software applications in your industry but not all of them will be suited to your business requirements.

We will provide a Gap Analysis report that details the selection process undertaken to arrive at the recommendation, including the results from User Acceptance Testing.

Software Implementation & Training

Implementation & Migration

Once we have established your configuration requirements. We will provide you with a detailed proposal, breaking down the time required to set up each component and migrate your data.

Training and Custom User Guides

To reduce the pressure on staff and support focused learning, we will provide a detailed training agendas, split into manageable stages.

Our professional team will conduct the training and if required, provide custom user-guides that support your unique business process.

Existing Software Review

If your software is already implemented but it’s not working for you, we will complete a review of your configuration and provide a proposal on recommended changes and training needs.

Websites and Marketing

We charge for our time and deliver excellent outcomes, which makes our website and marketing services the most affordable option.  We utilise the latest technology and if desired, we train businesses on how to manage their marketing in house, to reduce their costs and generate more leads.

Ongoing Support

After the software training is when the real learning begins. It’s important to us that you are able to continue to get the support you need by picking up the phone to ask questions.

As many software vendors only offer online ticketing support, we offer our clients free phone support for software through an approved SOS account. Other clients can receive phone support with a minimal time-based fee.

We can also provide remote support using online video conferencing to all other States.
