At SOS Consulting, we pride ourselves on providing the highest customer service standards.  We want to make the transition to new software as easy as possible and continue to offer you the best support post implementation.  

That’s why we offer our clients a Free Help Centre, powered by Zendesk software.

REQUESTS

Before, during and after implementation, requests will be made by both parties.   This could be a request from us for information, or a request from you to SOS for software or training assistance. 

To help you manage what’s outstanding, our Help Centre provides online access to track each request, including all communication history and attachments. 

KNOWLEDGE ARTICLES

The Help Centre also provides our clients with access to a comprehensive knowledge base, with articles designed to help you.

To make it easier for you to find the right Article, they have been grouped into Sections and Categories

If you have requested SOS to create ‘Custom Policies and Procedures’ specific to your business, with screen shots of your configured software, then these User-guides can be accessed via our Help Centre.  They are restricted, so only people in your organisation can view them. 

COMMUNITY POSTS

Our Community forum is there for clients to engage with our SOS community. 

Clients can create Posts to share thoughts and ask questions.  You can also browse other Posts for great ideas and join conversations.
